How do I book a lesson or service?

You can book through our availability/contact form, by calling, texting, or messaging us on social media. Once confirmed, you'll receive an invoice to secure your date.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, and will be applied toward your total  balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 days before your first session.

What happens if it rains or there's bad weather?

Safety comes first! If conditions aren't safe, we'll reschedule your session for the next available date at no extra cost.

Question 3

Do I need my own mermaid tail skin, monofin, or swim gear?

Accepted Answer

Some services require you to bring your own gear. Your booking confirmation will list exactly what's needed so you can arrive prepared.

Question 4

Can I bring a friend or parent to watch?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Spectators are welcome as long as they remain in designated areas. For safety, a parent or guardian must remain on-site with minors unless alternate arrangements have been discussed with the instructor prior to the session.

How old do I have to be book a course?

Bookings must be completed by persons 18 or older.

What should I bring to my sessions?

Accepted Answer

For ALL sessions: Please bring all required completed documentation (waivers, liability forms, medical forms, etc).

For course-specific materials: Please refer to your booking confirmation email for any required equipment or supplies.

For outdoor sessions: We recommend bringing sun protection, snacks, water, change of clothes, and towels.

For indoor sessions: We recommend bringing water, and snacks.
